Refund policy

At Pixora, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and manuals (if applicable).
  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloadable items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Pixora will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit/debit card provider.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
